Where does HONROOM ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is US$8.99 per order to each of these countries. Store prices are in US dollars.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery takes 5–10 calendar days from the date you place your order.

How do returns and exchanges work?

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. HONROOM covers return shipping and shipping for replacement items. Email pvsx1123@outlook.com before sending an item back so we can provide instructions.

Can I change an order?

Contact pvsx1123@outlook.com promptly with your order number. We will explain what can still be changed before fulfilment begins.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Keep the packaging where possible and email us with your order number and photos of the item and package so we can help.

How do I choose the right item?

Compare the product information with your intended use and available space. If an important detail is missing or unclear, contact us before ordering.
